CallingMate provides an AI-powered voice receptionist service. You understand that the "receptionist" is an Artificial Intelligence and may occasionally make errors or misunderstand context.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use CallingMate for:

  • Unsolicited marketing calls (spam/robocalling).
  • Harassment, threats, or illegal activities.
  • Recording calls without proper consent required by your local laws.

We reserve the right to terminate any account found violating these rules immediately without refund.

4. Payments and Credits

  • Subscriptions: Services are billed on a subscription basis.
  • Usage Limits: Your plan includes a specific number of AI minutes. If you exceed this limit, your services may be paused until you upgrade or add credits.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We generally do not offer refunds for partial months or unused minutes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is." CallingMate makes no guarantees that the AI will function perfectly, understand every accent, or be available 100% of the time. We are not responsible for lost business appointments due to AI error.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallingMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
